muy guapo/a el video. Respecto al texto, es cierto cuando tienes un mal momento tanto psicologico, como laboral o cual sea la fuente del malestar, todos tendemos a encriptarnos pensando que si nos lo guardamos para nosotros sera la mejor opcion, pero considero que hacemos mal. No solo privamos a los noestros de que nos ayuden, sino que no somos sinceros con los nuestros y todo por verguenza o por aparentar que siempre estamos bien. un fallo que compartimos toda la humanidad. Un Abrazo, lo mejor es pensar y actuar para salir de donde estemos metidos.
